The Concord Orchestra is committed to your safety and comfort.
We will monitor federal, state, and local guidelines, and use them to implement safety protocols throughout the 2023-2024 season.
Air Disinfection at 51 Walden
This summer, 51 Walden is installing a new building wide ventilation system and air conditioning in the main hall. Work started August 9, 2023.
Currently, to cleanse and disinfect the air at 51 Walden, UltraVation BioGardUV™ Upper-Room Convection Germicidal UV Units are installed in the main hall and lobby areas.
There are also three AIRDoctor™ HEPA Professional Air Purifiers installed in the lobby area. For details, refer to our Airborne Virus Mitigation at 51 Walden.
October 2023 Concerts
Full immunization against COVID is strongly recommended, but proof of vaccination will not be required for attendance.
All musicians, volunteers, and staff are vaccinated.
For the musicians, staff, and audience, masks are optional.
Please refrain from attending events at 51 Walden if you feel unwell, test positive for Covid, or think you have been exposed to Covid.

Reduced contact at performance (people flow, tickets, payment, program books, etc.)
Please follow the instructions from the ushers
The Concord Orchestra will proactively communicate with ticket holders about any changes to safety protocols across the season.

Ticket holders who are not comfortable with a given update may request a refund.
